Please remember to add the cost of shipping your animal if the price does not say "shipped" next to it. We are located in Colorado and ship anywhere within the continental United States. The cost of shipping is $48.50. We ship FedEx Priority Overnight so the package arrives at your door by 10:30am (in most cases). YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE OR THE GUARANTEE IS VOID!
Items and/or animals will be shipped to the address as sent to us via PayPal unless otherwise specified by the purchaser. We are not responsible for loss of items due to invalid address if customer does not contact us with changes or modifications.
Animals have a live arrival guarantee when temperatures are between 40 and 85 degrees. Once again, the buyer must be present to sign for the package when it arrives or the guarantee is void. In extreme weather, I reserve the right to postpone shipment until the weather improves. If an animal expires during shipment, you must notify me within 8 hours of its arrival. The cost of the animal minus shipping will be refunded after proof of the animal's death has been provided.
Before sending any money, please e-mail me to make sure the desired animal is still available. Be sure to include the name or number of the animal in your e-mail. Geckos will not be shipped until payment has been cleared. Certain geckos are available with birth certificates upon request.
I will put an animal on hold for up to 48 hours after a 25% non-refundable deposit has been paid. Please remember that when placing an animal on hold, you are agreeing to purchase that animal. If the remaining balance has not been paid after 48 hours, the animal will be taken off hold and you will lose your deposit.
After an animal has been paid for, it is considered sold. There are no refunds, and the money can not be "transferred" to another animal. If you are making payments and decide not to purchase the animal before the payments are complete... you will lose your payments and the animal will be put back up for sale.
Because the colors of a gecko can vary due to environmental or emotional stimulus, color is not guaranteed. Gecko's colors often change as they mature and there is no way to be 100% certain of how their color will turn out. We strive to represent our animals as accurately as possible. Sex of an animal is guaranteed when the animal is sold as "Male" or "Female". "Unsexed" animals are not guaranteed to be one or the other.
You must be over age 18 or have permission from your parent/guardian before purchase. We are not responsible for finding out your age. Proof of age can be requested at anytime.
